Is the call and the external audit really free?
Yes. The call costs nothing and the external audit costs nothing. You get to see exactly what a potential customer sees, and where your competition is winning, whether or not you go any further with us.
Is ad spend included in the monthly fee?
No. Your media budget is separate and stays in your own accounts. We agree a figure with you and allocate it on your behalf. We take no commission and add no markup on it, so every pound of budget is spent on media.
Am I tied into a long contract?
No. The retainer runs month to month with 30 days' notice on either side. If we stop earning our fee you should be able to leave, and the roadmap is yours to keep either way.
Can I take the audit and roadmap without the retainer?
Yes. Phase two stands on its own. Plenty of businesses take the roadmap and run it with the team they already have. The retainer is for when you'd rather we ran it.
Are you charging me for hours or for output?
Output. There's no timesheet and no hourly rate. You pay one fixed monthly fee for an agreed plan of work, so a busy month and a quiet month cost you the same.
What if the audit says I don't need you?
Then we tell you that. Your worst case is walking away with a free audit and a clear view of what to do next.
