How the pool
actually works.
We do not employ specialists we cannot keep busy, and we do not pretend to be expert at everything. When a job needs an SEO specialist, a developer or a particular kind of production, we bring in someone vetted and we manage them.
We take no cut of what they charge you. You pay them their rate. We are paid for holding them to account, which is the part an agency usually gives to whoever is free that week.
It also means we will tell you when a partner is the right answer and we are not. That happens more than you would expect, and it is the reason the pool exists.
