What we do with the details you send us, and the terms the work runs under. Short, because there is not much to it.
Privacy
Who we are
GilbeyPink Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company number 17151605. We are the data controller for anything you send us through this site. Reach us at Jonny@Gilbeypink.co.uk or 07769 335 807.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, company, email, phone number and whatever you write in the message field. We do not run advertising pixels or analytics profiling on this site.
Why we hold it
To reply to you and, if we end up working together, to run the work. That is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you chose to send. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside the people delivering your work.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for six years after the work ends, because HMRC requires it.
Embedded content
Some pages embed Instagram feeds so you can see a client's account as it is right now. Nothing loads until you click to open one. When you do, Meta may set cookies and see your IP address, under their own privacy policy, not ours.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will do it. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Terms
What we agree
Each piece of work is set out in writing before it starts: what we are doing, what it costs and when it is due. That document is the agreement. Nothing on this page overrides what we agreed with you directly.
Fees
Audit fees are fixed and quoted before we begin. Retainers run month to month with 30 days' notice on either side. Invoices are due within 14 days. All figures on this site are inclusive of VAT.
Media budget
Advertising spend is separate from our fee and stays in your own accounts. We take no commission and add no markup on it.
Your material
Anything you give us stays yours. Anything we produce for you becomes yours once the invoice for it is paid. We may reference the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Limits
We give advice and do work in good faith, but we cannot guarantee a commercial outcome. Our liability is capped at the fees you have paid us in the preceding twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction.
